So many people in my family have told me to just forget losing weight, I turned 50 years old this year. My grandmother is 97 years old and tells me it's never too late for anything. She says it's only too late if you wait until you die. My daughter has lost around 70 lbs this year, she's my inspiration. I have 4 grandchildren and the youngest is not even 2 years old, she's the one I babysit almot every day. She needs her Ma to be able to play with her and be active with her, along with my other grandchildren. Four years ago I had a TIA (mini stroke), I have high blood pressure, sleep apnea, severe asthma, Fibromyalgia, chronic migraines and degenerative disc disease. Some of this my doctor tells me can be lessened by losing weight. This is just the push I need, plus my husband said he would start walking with me every evening. I'm looking forward to this and seeing what I can do.
