
I've made some very positive changes after beginning this challenge. I no longer drink any cola type drinks, including diet. I stopped snacking on anythinng that is not healthy, mostly vegetables. My husband loves to cook but with his job he is hardly home so I started doing all the cooking. We are no longer eating take out all the time to make things more convenient and I'm feeling much better. Last night I fixed Salmon, wild rice and steamed broccoli. The car wreck two weeks ago made me weaker than I thought but I am able to do some modified workouts and if the rain ever stops we can hit the track again. It's like I'm just so excited to start walking again, that's weird for me. My daughte cut and colored my hair and my granddaughter is always excited for a selfie, she loves pictures.
