I hear ya! Def not on ur level since I am done with college, THank God! I am studying for my personal training test and have realized every time i'm studying I feel like eating lol.. Have managed to have some tea next to me at all times. Seems like I just need to be occupied while studying lol Remember nutrition is everything for weight loss so invest time in that. Time invested in nutrition will save u time at the gym. Go to the gym to get rid of stress but keep in mind that u don't absolutely NEED it to lose..good luck ;)
