There will be no excuses in the next 30 days! I have been too easy on myself, too lazy, too bogged down with trying to catch up with school and life, when I really needed to stop and take better care of myself. Now, seeing as how I sit for approximately 7 hours a day and then have work to do in the evening, I'm feeling a bit nervous about getting in enough daily activity and calorie burning to lose this 4%. Here's a great start to kicking off my weight loss. Last spring, I was down 10lbs. I got compliments, "have you lost weight" from 4 different people! It felt amazing! And so did I. Now is my chance again to feel better about myself, feel healthy, and to show off! I believe there is nothing wrong with a little vanity. I know myself and I know I wouldn't take it overboard. Who doesn't like compliments, after all? I'm excited and nervous. Will continue to check in! This is my starting point. My motivation is to feel good about my body, to feel healthy, to grab compliments from others, and to kickstart a more healthy lifestyle.
