You've got this! I am in the same boat and understand! Being healthy for our families is a great motivator--- but most of all, do it for you! A great mama deserves it!

If you would like to chat more about nutrition I am here! Some good rule of thumb... Allow one cheat day- it is a magical lifesaver in so many ways. Try to eat less than 30g of fat (no more than 50g) and less than 55 g of sugar a day. Eat at least 5 meals, 6 preferably- with the last being just protein. Doing this will ensure your "burn button" will be turned on and the metabolism will get faster.
