WOW! Glad that is over, looking at those photos made me realize how much I need this!! I am thankful that I was invited by my sister to do this challenge. I signed up for the Transformer too! I don't need a 28 day fix I need a LIFE CHANGE! I never want to see these numbers on my scale ever again!! I can't wait to change, I know I can with encouragement from all of you, I am here to support every single one of you to do your best too! This isn't just a friendly competition this is a chance to add years to our lives, to live as pain free as we can, as medication free as we can, and to be able to spend a complete & full life with the ones we love.
