Had a great workout this afternoon.  Hit chest and abs and did a Lil cardio.  Kept my calories under control even though I was tempted to have a bowl of peach cobbler with whipped cream on top. Stuck to chicken breast, protein shakes and red meat. Since I work 3rd shift, I'm trying to get my gym time sorted out. Had a bit of free time this afternoon when the kids were visiting grandma. Aside from those instances,  I'll get to the gym either before work or after. With the change in weather, I feel my allergies beginning to act up. I bit weak but I can fight thru it. Just gotta keep my meds handy.
