Have a little down time at work, so thought I would check in. Got to the gym before work today so that was a plus. I get off work at 6 a.m. so going after work causes alot of staying awake when I need to be sleeping for work the next night. I've found that going to the gym before work helps keep me awake for the long night ahead. Hit back today and got in some hiit cardio on the treadmill.  Didn't over do it because I didn't want to be that tired for work. Hope everyone's on pace to hit their goals...
