Hello everyone. Hope everyone starts off this challenge to change their lives for the better. I've begun a few of these types of challenges before but never really had lasting results. Looking for something lasting this time around. With a social community like this, I may have found my answer. As my heading suggest,  I'm 40 and just had a daughter in December to go along with my 4 year son. Chasing them around and crawling on the floor nowadays is a bit taxing. I played soccer growing up and after high school,  so my knees are a bit shot. Let myself go and now find it really had to get up and go like I was use to. I figure if I can she'd some weight, then I'll be able to more enjoy the time I spend with my kids growing up. I may not be getting any younger, but that doesn't mean I can't get any better. Going thru some workout plans and what extra supplements I'll be needing to get the weight loss started. Post more later... Have a great Monday all!!!
