In September, I banned eating out. To save money, sure. To cook more and stop eating unhealthy, convenience foods, okay. To stop the nightly debate with my children about wanting to go out, MOST DEFINITELY! The answer was simple, "It's September, we don't eat out."

Today, on an outing with my kids. I ate a burger that was worth more than 1,000kCal. It shouldn't have been a surprise, but I can't figure out why I ate it and even when I felt full, kept eating it.

I've always been a "good  eater" known for putting away large meals, but I guess since I'm no longer 3, that's not something to celebrate anymore.

I think I can live with this No Eating out thing and I'll continue making my own unhealthy food
