Day one was actually easy.  I was motivated and pumped to get this journey started!

While at work, I began to drink A LOT more water and every time I went to the bathroom I did 20 squats (at the end of the work day the count was to 180!).  After eating very light at work, I got home and did two workout circuits that I came up with using my stairs, some dumbells and the floor.  For dinner I grilled some cod and a bunch of vegetables, using less seasoning than I normally would have.  I did use a dollop of tartar sauce with my fish (usually I would have doused the fish in the tartar), but only had water (with freshly squeezed lemon and a little truvia) to drink.

I think the hardest part about this is going to be not having fast food (just for the convenience), and keeping up with my exercises.  I know that the weekends are going to be the most rough as that is when I go out at night, and sleep all day.  Some changes in my routines/habits will have to occur, not just my diet.  Luckily, my coworker joined me in this challenge and we are splitting the responsibility of providing ourselves and each other with healthy lunches.  This week it's up to her, and next is mine.
