Hmmm, what to say about Day 3... nothing exciting, really.  Did the same thing at work that I did days 1 and 2, but instead of going home and exercising I had a photo shoot to go to.  I made myself a healthy light dinner, then headed straight to the studio.  Shooting is always good exercise - holding poses is a lot of work!  I could definitely feel the pull on my sore muscles.  Tonight, though, is back to my homemade circuits.  Gotta get ready for the weekend!

Next week is my week to provide the healthy lunches for my office manager and I.  I plan on doing roasted chicken, a lot of vegetables, coconut milk and curry in a crock pot.  I hope it turns out alright!  I'm not the chef she is, so the pressure is on!
