Yesterday started off really rough.  When I got to work my motivation was, on a 1-10 scale, a -5.  I shared this with my husband and what he said really helped.  "Your body is going to rebel for about a week until it kicks into gear."  Knowing that my body and mind are going to try to sabotage me better equips me to fight it.  Just get through it.  Push on.

So, I whipped myself into shape and worked hard and ate light.  When I got home I did my 30 minute workout, made a light, healthy dinner and cleaned my house until after 9PM.  I AM POOPED!

Day 3 has already started, and I feel the tugs of laziness and indifference, but I will fight it.
