I love the creative spin on this blog! You can do it. I think mid 120's is very thin, but I don't know how old you are. I'm 47 so although I could do that in my 20's it wouldn't look good on me now. I'm good at between 135-145. I did the same thing I lost 40 pounds and let most of it creep back on in the last two years. I did keep it off for a year, so I know I can do it. So can you.

Thanks :) I'm not sure if 125 is ideal, but I've been in the low 130s recently and still felt like I could do better (I'm 24 years old and I'm only 5'5"). A lot came off my legs and arms that time, but I still had a big stomach. That seems to be the toughest area for me, ugh :( I know the more important issue is the fat to muscle ratio though, so I'd be fine staying my current weight if less of it was fat and more of it was muscle. It's so hard to build up though, right? Let's get back to our healthy selves and stay there this time ;)
