Okay, with 21 days to go I have only 4.1 pounds left to lose.  Of course, there's nothing saying I can't lose a few extra pounds... just not too many.  Gotta keep this healthy and sustainable.

I'm not a fitness guru, or health food fanatic.  Ib fact I did have some chicken wings this week and last night I splurged and had some home made nachos and most of a bottle of red wine.  I know, empty calories, but you know what? They tasted great, the wine was wonderful and if it keeps me happy to have a fun cheat meal and an evening of relaxing with wine and my sweety, then I'm more likely to be able to stay the course of my diet the rest of the time.  If you don't let your self have a little bit of fun once a week, or so, your subconscious will get in your way and sabotage your efforts.  Keep it happy and it will help keep you on track!

Okay... 1.4 pounds per week for the next three weeks is the goal!  Feeling great and looking forward to crossing the finish line and heading right across the next starting line!
