Here's another fun NSV: yesterday I tried on shoes and I might consider getting some heels! Haven't worn anything other than flats for more than 10 years? They weren't impossibly uncomfortable, and oh, so pretty!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

This week I have 3-4 weigh ins! for the January games. I think this is probably the last time I will do the Kickstarter (4-week) games. Four percent is getting too challenging to sustain, unless I hit another burst. But will stay with the Transformer games to finish this out over time! Not sure of weight goal...I'll check in with a waist circumference goal. Targeting 30-31 inches to be 50% of 62 inches height. Got a ways to go...

Wearing smaller sizes; bought a top at Costco this week which was not plus size! Notice I can squeeze through crowded spaces more easily;

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Measure blood sugar & ketones every morning to get GKI (glucose Ketone index). Yesterday attended Metabolic Reset with Dr Mindy and signed up both Ray & I for evaluation with her office! Hoping for help with the health overview for Ray in general and me specific to thyroid mass!

went to 24 hour fitness and did 12 min on Originally wrote June 2018 -elliptical - keeping minutes low because of hips; great day eating with fasting until 2;00; done with salad at 7 pm
