YES, I agree....no weighing in on Sunday. Let's do our walk/jog... stairs.... football... movie (lets bring pop and maybe a low carb snack).
A light dinner... and we weigh in on Monday. We are STRONG! WHY? Because every time we fall, we get back up, stronger! :)
