Forgive yourself. Monday will engerize you to conquer your next goal!

I joined WW one time and told them to never tell me my weight.....good or bad, gain or lose. Because even if I lose 1/2 and thought it should be more..i would get mad and eat bad! See if you can get a friend to weigh you...only let your clothes be your guide. Not the scale! Sabatoge....why don't you deserve to be healthy? Look at it like that and not about winning on the numbers. You know you can reach this goal? What is the next goal after that? Start looking past this and find something else to focus your energy on....you will surpass this goal! Strength and POWER to you!
What will the scale say????

Keep with it Brie! I'm the same way with getting bored and slowly trailing away from tracking my food and exercising. Unfortunately, if I don't see results I give up. But neither one of us will do that this time! "It's a slow process, don't make it slower by quitting". We got this!

Supporting you! I suggest you keep the 'good carbs' in your diet. Apples, fruits, veg all are great sources of fiber and nutrients. Once you cut out the white flour and sugar the bloat disappears..
