I have been eating clean and working out and have gotten some great results. Half way to my goal! I feel good and have more energy. I also feel calmer around food knowing that I am on a schedule of when I will eat next so there is no reason to worry about over eating etc.
While I am happy to have lost weight I find myself thinking "How long will this last" The answer of course is up to me, how hard I work, how much I commit. I just wonder how effective I will be at maintaining my loss when things are going awry at work or school or when a big deadline is coming up and so on.
I guess I have in a way answered my own question. The results won't last if my commitment doesn't. I will have to stay on track when things get messy at school or work. But I can do it. I am stronger than I realize and I can do it.
