Congrats, great start! In my experience, the juice will be fine after six hours in the thermos -- I'd often make a double batch of green juice at lunch (my office is two blocks from my home), drink one serving and store the second serving in the fridge for dinner. Or sometimes I'd make the "dessert" juice and the breakfast juice at the same time, and store the breakfast juice overnight in the fridge.
Juicing can grow on you -- even though I'm through with my juice fast, I still made Apple Carrot Ginger (SO GOOD!) juice for breakfast, along with leftover tilapia from dinner last night (and as I told my middle schoolers -- no, I didn't juice the fish).
Congrats, good luck, and I think you'll be pleased with the results!
