You just described myself perfectly! It's exactly the same for me- 1 cookie might as well be 10, I fail to use my success as motivation, and I have an incredible weakness for sugar and snacks. I gave up on my first Diet Bet and am in my second one. I was so excited about joining the Diet Bet and I just felt bad that I couldn't stick it out! I have to get over the hump of giving up and staying in it for the long run. The results don't happen right away, it tastes commitment and patience. Good luck to both of us!
