Two days ago a friend of mine asked me to proof his book. It will launch in december - however, he talks about the grind and beyond the grind. Anyway today in Bikram I was thinking about his book and how all of us on the challenge are now experiencing the grind.

We are in the grind. It's great to have goals and targets. By all means everyone should have them daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.. And surely when we set goals/targets we know that that they are way over there. Right? So most ppl give up because that goal/target is a long way away. Let's call this the gap... I.e. we all filled out our profiles here on dietbet we all have a goal.

There are 18 days left --- and this is the gap. Don't give up, don't think that goal/target is out of reach because its not. What we as people don't do is acknowledging the grind. What you and I are experiencing daily is the grind.

Just know that this is the juicy part of the experience... Sure we will get to the target but the grind is what makes you stronger, forge experiences and so forth. Please take a moment and acknowledge the grind... You certainly are worth it. And your body will say thank you for the grind... :)
