Hi All!!

A while ago I was checking out Shaun T's blog and he asked something along the lines of: what do you struggle with? That made me think about my eternal struggle: food. I try hard, I honestly do, but I always end up making some no-so-great choices in the food department. The reason EXCUSE being lack of time. I have a full-time job, a relatively young marriage (no kids yet; my respects to all the worderful women out there who are super moms and super women!), lots of housework, and the worst: i hate cooking! When you add all those things together plus the super complicated 'clean eating' recipes: "ain't nobody got time for that"!

On the other hand, I have a newly discovered love for working out. It has to be extreme-insanity-like though; "no pain, no gain" all the way! However, I'm living proof that working out alone won't do it. I came to the point where I realized I needed to balance my food intake w/ my workouts. That's probably the 'healthy lifestyle' right there.

I don't know if having a busy schedule goes along with living a healthy lifestyle, although I'm betting on it (literally! lol). I'm planning on start with small changes and go from there. I'll keep you posted! In the meantime, I'd love to hear your thoughts about this or any other topic you want.
