So... Yesterday I got pretty bad news that I'm not ready to share yet. Thankfully nothing health-related (all my loved ones are ok). It's pretty hard to deal with emotional issues in the middle of a weight loss journey, especially for all of us emotional eaters.

Although several glasses of wine were ingested, I am proud to say that I woke up this morning and let Shaun T kick my rear-end with Pure Cardio (woot woot!). While I am still processing the news, I am trying to pick it up as soon as possible and not to succumb to junk food or liquid calories ;)
