Busy Mom on a Diet

Day 2: quick note; I didn't workout yesterday :(
Today I finally got my basement done!!! I worked out today too; 1mile on treadmill and 1 mile on elliptical :) felt good to get that cardio in. I need to find time to the 9 minute workouts from Chris powells book. 9 minutes may not seem like a big deal to fit in a day but it's hard for busy moms and dads. Are there any parents out there that works out their kids?? If so I would love to hear back from you and let me know what kin do workouts you do with your kids.
I also had a small victory for me tonight. We went out to buona beef n I got a beef sandwich with side sala instead of fries, and I didn't the bread from the sandwich :) very proud of myself and I've been really watching my portions. I still need to consume more water. I'm not a fan of large amounts of water...I need to start flavoring my water! There are great recipes on Pinterest for flavoring water, maybe I'll start posting those :) I hope everyone had a great day 2!!
