I feel the same way about the COUCH--and I think I consume the majority of my calories in the twenty minutes after I get home from work! Maybe I'll use those twenty minutes to take a nice walk and unwind instead!

Sometimes if I'm hungry I take a ziplock bag full of veggies with me on my walk and eat them while I'm walking. By the time I get back I've had 3 or 4 servings of vegetables and I'm not as hungry.

My bad time is later in the evening. I need to knock off the snacking.
