i've let my healthy eating habits slip & my activitiy levels have slowed since I finished my last round of the 21 Fix. I was finally fitting into my box of "these are too small but I'll fit into them some day" clothes... and now I've gained back 4 pounds and they are all tight again. 4 pounds is significant when you are only 5'4! All the weight comes right back into my middle. boo.

So.... I've joined a new Dietbet4 - I have 5.9 pounds to lose to win it. I'm contemplating doing a Dietbet10 - because it will get me in 3 pounds of my ultimate goal - I'm hesitant because I really don't want to fail. I haven't been able to break out of the 140's since college! The Dietbet10 starts in the beginning of November, so I'm hoping to coax myself into it by then.

Tomorrow I'm starting Combat - I still haven't gone grocery shopping, but I'm 99% sure I can make it through breakfast with what I have in the house - and then I can rush off & buy food after that :) I'm such a horrible procrastinator (I should go tonight...)!!

Les Mills Combat has questions they want answered, and this might be a good place to keep track of them. I'm supposed to answer them on Day 1 & Day 60.

Day 1:

1)How do you feel about yourself now?
Right now I feel tired & fat. I literally feel weighed down by the excess fat around my middle. I hate the way I feel in clothes. I feel disappointed that I let myself go these past few weeks after having some good success with my last program. I DO know I can turn this around. I know I can be consistant. I know I can eat beter.

2) What are your goals for your Les Mlls Combat transformation?
I want more energy! I want more strength! I want to shrink down my middle.

3) Why do you think Les Mills is the way to achieve your success?
It appears to be higher intensity than previous at home programs I've done - and I really enjoy martial arts inspired workouts.

Have a great weekend everyone!
