Skeptical.....

Well I am getting pumped and ready for this challenge to myself starting tomorrow. I still have to do my weigh in which I will do and post later this evening after my long day at work. (with my daughters help). I started my Monday off with a great workout.....10 minute cardio run on the treadmill...and 35 minute workout with weights. I have been doing a Green Smoothie regimen....breakfast and lunch....not sure if I should continue this throughout this challenge or eat a balanced breakfast and safe the smoothie for just lunch. Any suggestions? My dinner usually consists of normal somewhat healthy dinner with my family.
