It is Sunday! What to do to prepare for the dietbet?

Food-
1. Go grocery shopping, buy eggs, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and chop up your food. Have celery, cucumber, carrot stick, homemade hummus, almond butter readily available as snacks.
We are going raw this week. If you are a level 2 or 3 member you can have 4 egg whites for breakfast and chicken breast and a salad for lunch and dinner.

Zhivi and Pushkal are seasoned members and will be posting some of their yummy recipes. I want to see pictures of your meals please. You can upload your photos and weigh in on Monday morning. Let's do this team!!!!!!!!!!!!

Workout- I want you to put success in your body as soon as you wake up, so in addition to your workout for Monday, I want you to do 25 rocket squats when you wake up. Do them in the bathroom, by the bed, in the hallway..........I don't care just do them :) While you are doing them repeat this phrase "I will reach my goals" . Say this with every repetition, success is a habit that we need to build into your subconscious mind!
