Hello Everyone!
My first week back in the swing of things has been quite successful. Even though the scale doesn't show much progress I do feel better about my food choices.
For the next 21 days (16 now) I will have no chips, pop, chocolate, or greasy food. I have ended all late night snacking and I'm chosing much healthier food items to add to my grocery list. It's okay to play around with your healthy eating and not feel guilty about it but sometimes your body just needs a total shock to just wake up! One completely healthy eating month plus excersize is sometimes the one big change that it needs.
This past week I have tried a couple of new things: Pomegranate = Delicious, Banana/egg pancakes (one banana & two eggs blended and made into patties with fresh fruit) Delicious! and I have added radish to my daily lunch salads. Have you tried anything new this past week?
Remember - even if the scale isn't showing you results that doesn't mean you're not getting them! Everyone's body works in different ways but at the end of the day it's how you feel about yourself that really counts.
