I am so good at starting. I feel motivated and hopeful. As the days go by though, my commitment starts to wane. I start to think... I can eat that and make it up tomorrow, I can skip exercising today and tomorrow I will double up. It catches up with me everytime. How do you keep the dedication? I actually think maintaince is the hardest of all to acheive. That short term feel good gets "fed" first and the constant beating myself occurs.

 

I am making a commitment to wear my fitbit everyday and average  10K steps per day!

At least it is a start.
