Non-scale victory of the week!

After a miserable week last week, I can't believe I made it. I ended up with some sort of food poisoning, flu thing, back ache dot-dot. I even had to cancel book club. with all the crackers and carbs that I was putting down to stop the nausea I didn't think I would lose enough weight.. thrilled to make it just under the wire.

Did a good but of cleaning and for a lot of work completed at my office, despite snow and delays.

I wore a belt! That is a huge thing.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

If there had not been so much flooding in my area I could have gone paddle boarding but the lake is closed...I found other ways to keep moving and happily my house is cleaner.

I did Yoga for the first time on a paddle board. It was amazing.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I believe I did the best I could this week. The only thing I might change is late night Weight Watchers hot chocolate.. I only need one cup, not two.

No alcohol. Fresh veggies, lean protein. With farmer's markets everywhere, no reason not to enjoy the veggies.
