Well,  I'm  excited  for these diet bet challenges  and just wanted to write a  little something.  I  had never heard of this social dieting  thing  until  my brother  text me about it  last weekend. I  thought I would give it a try,  I'm  really glad I  decided too. I  can already tell that the social support  and motivation is going to be awesome. :)

I've  struggled with my weight  since I  was 7.  I've been  through  some dark,  self loathing  times.  And even with how uncomfortable I  felt about myself  and  how unhealthy I  got I  had  never considered a serious  healthy lifestyle change.  Until  now! :) I  feel like I  am really committed  and I am so psyched  to see  the outcome.
