So I  started  my  diet, medifast, on  the  first day of the diet  bet. I  have  kept really close to the recommended plan  but I've had  some challenges. I  love cheese,  that's  what I cheat  with. I  thought i'd have a  struggle not eating sugar and bread products  but I've  done super well on that part.  this is the first life style diet change I've stuck with for more than a day or two.  It has really paid off  and  I'm  now @ 74%  of my goal. :)

 What has really been helping me with food cravings: I  ask myself what I  got  by  eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted?  The answer is  nothing good. I  got  immediate  tasty satisfaction,  that is gone so quick that is hardly worth it anyway. I  got being overweight,  feeling uncomfortable in my own skin,  teased,  potential health issues...  the list goes on.

 

 Some of my goals: I  want to run in  one of those color runs.  where you get splattered with brightly colored powder. it looks  so so fun. I  want  to  do a  mud run,  which looks challenging and awesome. I  want my  boyfriend to be able to pick me up. I  want to feel  comfortable  and not feel like constantly pulling down my shirt over my stomach. I  feel like I  am constantly adjusting my clothes. I  want to get off my medications that I take for obesity related problems. I  want to be happier  and healthier.
