we all have those days. u know, u don't have to wait until tmrw to restart. you can start over RIGHT NOW. i know that when i "wait for tomorrow", i end up eating LOTS tonight, and it is even harder in the morning. if u can, start over right now with some water and a nice walk. then make a healthy dinner you like. tmrw when u wake up, u will already have several hours of being "on" behind u, and a better nights sleep
