Which half are you signed up for? I love having a specific race/goal to train for! I hope you get to feeling better physically and that will in turn help tremendously with rest..especially the mental part of it!

The Flying Pig half in Cincinnati is my race. I'll probably also do the Heart Association Mini (15k) in March, also Cincinnati, as a training run. I did this 3 years ago and it worked out. I was soooo much lighter then (45 pounds) so I'm determined to be well trained and lighter than I am now.
