That is where I am today, I'm creating a plan. I didn't have one for my last diet bet and when all the crazy things happen (there are crazy things always). So when they happened I ate, and ate inappropriately!

Here are the things I have done to move through with my purpose:

Joined a gym

Taking a class on weight lifting (1)

Signed up for a jingle bell run

Signed up for a turkey Trot

This weekend creating a visual reminder of my short term goals by values:

I'm doing this so I can care/love/be with my family for a long time.
