I struggle to get exercise in during the day as well. Sometimes I am sitting at my desk, realize it is lunchtime and I have not moved at all from my seat...talk about sedentary lifestyle at its finest! I force myself to take at least one 15 minute break in the mornings so I can get up and get that blood moving. I found some nice stretches on line that I can do it my desk as well that are very "Yoga-esque." Good luck to you and great job in achieving your goals!

Thanks Nikki. I am trying every hour to get up and move. I can walk around in my little area and still hear my phone so that's a plus, but I know what you mean. Time can escape me too. Good luck to you too and have a great goal meeting day!
