Do you get on the scale everyday? Sometimes, especially during "that time of the month", the scale can be deceiving and discouraging. Maybe, at least until this round is over, only get on it once a week. I know that's hard to do. But you won't see those nasty, daily flucuations. Weighing once a week, you'll probably only see the success, and that would be an encouraging thing.
