I've been working with a trainer in small group training for 5 weeks now. The day I started, my body fat was tested with a 7 point caliper test.

After 5 weeks of this training and nutrition regime, my body looks leaner and toned. 

Yesterday, my trainer took a set of calipers to my body for a 7 point test.

YIPEE! I've been losing over a pound of body fat per week and gaining about half a pound of lean body mass per week.

This change in body composition is awesome. The inches are coming off. My clothes fit better. Oh, and did I mention that I can see the muscles in my core area? Nothing like a six pack, but way better than the old jelly roll.

My success losing fat and gaining muscle mass means that I may not win the current month of the High Stakes Transformer. Well, I can live without this month's $25.19 bucks. And I can live even better with 2 extra pounds of muscle which are each going to burn several calories a day, every day, for the rest of the diet bet and beyond.
