Happy weekend, everyone!!!

Since my boyfriend and I live a few hours away from my family, we're going to visit my parents tomorrow to Sunday for early Thanksgiving. Although I've already told my mom that I'm doing this DietBet and I really want to keep myself on track, I'm so anxious that my crazy family will drive me nuts and I'll resort to beers and binging!!! LOL! 

I do have a plan in place though:

  1. Saturday morning before we leave for my parents' place: run 4-5 miles
  2. Sunday morning before we come back to our house: stationary bike while catching up on Grey's :)
  3. For Thanksgiving dinner, load my plate with the veggies that I'll be bringing/steaming, just a SMIDGE of turkey and other traditional stuff.
  4. NO DESSERT! "A minute on the lips is a lifetime on the hips!!!" hahah I hate this saying so much, but it's so true!!

 

Beyond that, I plan on having my phone/laptop with me so I can keep myself occupied during moments of boredom or family-induced insanity. Wish me luck!!!
