Here we go, DietBetters! 5 days to lose the rest of this damn weight that's sticking around. I've got about 2 lbs to go, which is doable if I stay focused this week and keep my goal in mind. Here's my plan for the week:

  • Workout daily until Sunday (I know, I know, rest days... I'll take a couple days off after the weekend :)  )
    • Monday (today) - LesMills Body Combat class+ 1 mile run - boom. done. :)
    • Tuesday - LesMills Body Attack class + 15 min stepper
    • Wednesday - Spin class
    • Thursday - 5k on my lunch break since I have a school event after school
    • Friday - Spin class
    • Saturday - my school is having a 5k at 11:30am.. hoping to have made my goal by Saturday morning. If so, I'll be enjoying the beer garden after the race; if not, no beer garden (wah!)
    • Sunday - If I didn't get my goal yet, maybe a last ditch Spin class at 9am.
  • Tracking my calories on MyFitnesspal (I'm RunnerJen84 on there for anyone who wants to add me!)
    • Primarily veggies and lean protein
    • No extra added salt for the week! This will be a hard mini-challenge bc I LOVE salt!
  • Up my water intake
  • No eating after 8pm, unless I need to take a 7pm gym class, but as it is, I should be able to make the 5pm or 6pm classes.
  • Make sure my gym laundry is done -- I've been burning through workout gear this month, which is saying a lot bc I have a TON :)
  • Check in on my DietBet game for motivation/accountability!!

 

What's your plan for this final week? I keep reminding myself the last few weeks that "failure to plan is planning to fail" and I REALLY don't want to fail!!!
