I've been taking a new thermogenic for awhile and it's wonderful, but it also has left me with almost 0 appeitite. Before I was eating 6 meals a day, and I was so trained I was ready to eat every 2-3 hours. My stomach reminded me.
But now, without the reminder, I felt like I was caught off guard and trying to make up for all the calories I wasn't eating at the right times. I think this is why I rocketed up to the 160.6lbs as my starting weight for the diet bet challenge.
As a result though -- for the challenge I decided that I was going to stop my thermogenic and just go with deal of 4 weeks of clean eating, other health supplements (Omega 3,6,9; calcium, yohimbine, pre-workout, proten powder, etc) and working out. And WATER.
I bought at water jug at Wal-Mart that holds 12 glasses of water. A gallon of water is 16 glasses, so my goal is at least 2 of these jugs a day. I'm hoping that will help flush things out of my system, too. And with working out, 24 glasses of water is 1) well over the 8 recommended a day, but compensates for the water lost during my workouts.
