Suggested water intake varies by whom you ask. I personally prefer the drink the number of ounces equal to half your body weight in pounds theory. I think that you should take into account your weight. I aim for that as a base, more when I'm exercising. I don't always make it, but when I fail, I always hut above the 8 glasses benchmark.
