My gym trainer suggested I write a commitment board to myself and everyday I would be responsible to self manage according to it. 

So I committed to myself to:

*Love myself, friends and family without fear

*Do something healthy for my mind and body everyday

*Eat at least 5 fruits/vegs daily

*Get to the gym 4 days a week minimum

*Allow myself one treat weekly that I can savour in an environment I will enjoy the most

I made my commitments yesterday, and I'm going to review that board every night going forward. 

My goal is to use any and all winnings from this game to buy more personal training sessions prior to my wedding so after this game once I've lost 10% of my body weight, I can tighten up. 

I know what to do, I just have to do it. I'm blessed that my journey is paved with the support of so many friends I have made at my incredible gym. I don't think I'd be able to focus as much without them at this stage!
