Awesome! We have a program like that here but with the kids and work, I just can't commit to the schedule. Do they give you a plan for going back to 'normal' eating? If not ask for tips and/or come up with your own plan. Try to keep as many of those great habits you're building as possible.

Gosh..................good luck on all counts! I hope post 80k you are able to maintain:)

Sara, I have experienced the same thing!! It is hard to do over the internet body fat percentage, so I understand the reasoning behind dietbet being a weight-related competition. When I was my slimmest, I was not my lowest weight, and it was 100% because I was lifting heavy. Do what works for you though, and eventually your weight will lower from what I understand. Your body is burning 100% of the time with all of those efforts you put in!!

This is an example of when the scale cannot measure the effort and fitness results, but it's the best measurement we have for online purposes. Some of the best measurements of health are measured in the ways you are experiencing, and that's great. Keep on lifting and progressing.

That's a lovely idea. I think I could benefit from a commitment board as well. Thank you for sharing and good luck to you in your journey.

I sometimes think about the forever part too, but I try not to worry about the future and just focus on being the best me at this moment. I find it easier to take it each day at a time.
