A great day to start, my weight always balloons in the winter, keeping pace inversely with the temperature. Today is the coldest day of the fall so far, so my weight is responding appropriately: ballooning.    Each year my summer August weight is a low, and my winter February weight is a high.  My body's seasons, I suppose.  This dietbet is perfectly scheduled, to keep me in line over THanksgiving, and be prepared for the end of the year holiday parties.  THanks for the idea, Gilad!   I am ONLY twenty pounds heavier than five years ago, from the deadly hormone shift, no doubt. After this 4% I'm going for 15%.   One step at a time... Will I look 4% YOUNGER? is my question.  Or run 4% faster?  Or think 4% more efficiently? or live 4% longer?  No doubt I'll feel 4% happier.  :-)
