Alright it's time for me to catch up! Yesterdays Carrot was to comment and like other team members posts and blogs as much as you can. I have been doing that everyday and have started to increase doing that as well!  Thursday was also tea day and I had Dark Chai tea for breakfast. I <3 tea! Friday's Carrot was to share with everyone what your trigger foods are and I did on the homepage and I will once again share here. Caramel, anything salty and anything creamy!  For workouts I have completed all my Buffmother workouts to date and for that I am really proud of myself. Usually I make excuses. My plan for this 4 week challenge is No More Excuses!
