Thank you all for being so supported and your prayers, it means so much to me! Specially since DH is not as supportive as I would like him to be. He thinks my dentist phobia is nuts and I should just man up (his words not mine). He just doesn't understand, It's not about dentist hurting me at all or the needles. It's the office, the equipment, his little weird binocular magnifying glasses, the noise, the smell, the list goes on and on. The needles do not bother me at all! I don't understand how I can have any gum problem at all, I am actually obsessive with my oral hygiene. I brush 3-4 times a day with sensodyne pro-enamel toothpaste, I rinse and I floss every time I eat. So go figure.....

Amazingly I feel a bit better today. The lump has gone down, or maybe is wishful thinking but either way it's not throbbing as much. I'm going to try to make the best of today and get out of this depressed worried hump.

What a great day you had!! My diet isn't the best but it is so much better then it was two months. I hard part right now is getting my family interested in new veggies lol but more for me:-) .
