How can this only be day 5.  I feel like I've been on this thing a year.  And I'm growing tired.  However, I'm keeping a journal off line as well as blogging online - and I find it helps.  

Two things I've learned: Stress makes me eat and when I'm busy, I don't eat.  So, the answer is a nonstressful busy envoirment.  But, it's the holidays - and lots of food.
